Offering a unique and extensive combination of tool manufacturing capabilities, press capacities and secondary processes, Burkland Inc. consistantly provides the products and services expected of a world-class manufacturer.All Burkland Inc. tooling is designed, built and maintained in our in-house tooling facility using modern computer-aided design, EDM and CNC technologies. By creating our own tooling, Burkland Inc. assumes single-source responsibility for quality assurance throughout the production cycle. Burland's 100-ton to 1000-ton presses are skillfully matched with out specialized tooling to produce a very broad range of high-quality products. Using opposing, differential pressures, materials from .080" to .625" (2mm to 16mm) in thickness are both sheared and cold formed in a single press stroke. The results are impressive: extreme precision, ultra flatness, exceptional edge perpendicularity and nearly perfect repeatability.
